Strategy & Information Design
Our process first starts with Strategy & Information Design. The purpose of this step is to identify what content the website should contain. We seek to understand you and your end-users objectives so that we can develop a tool that benefits all users. We ask and actively listen to what you envision the website being and ultimately what it will achieve.
Once we know the purpose and goals of the website, we then focus on Information Design. During this step we structure the content in a logical and easy-to-access fashion. Easy, intuitive navigation and quick access to specific information or tools are essential qualities for a successful website. No matter how vital your information is, if users cannot find it, they probably will not be coming back. Design Development
Next, we proceed with the Design Development phase. This entails graphics, typography, layout, and user interface issues.
